This is the gold standard! Work with your coach receiving input on 4-5 times a week basis. As your relationship is established with your coach they will guide you through your individualized program. Your coach will teach you how to follow the established program and implement your workouts. Training logs utilizing heart rate or power are reviewed daily to ensure your training segments are built correctly. Testing sessions are a must and need to be every 4-6 weeks in the off-season to ensure your programs and development are on track.
